We offer the "MH technology," which utilizes discharge phenomena to form a high-hardness alloy layer on metal surfaces. When the hammering die surface and the MH treatment electrode (main component: tungsten carbide) are brought close to each other within a few microns in a liquid medium, a discharge phenomenon occurs. The high heat generated at this time is used to form a thermal compound between the hammer material and the electrode.
